Appaloosa:

The Appaloosa is an American Spotted Breed of Spanish decent. The Appaloosa stands at 14.2 to 15.2 hands and is used primarily as a pleasure horse, as well as for racing and jumping. There is some divergence in type due to much crossing with the Quarter Horse. The breed is compact, very strong, hardy and very willing.
